At about 2am Lyric's temp was 103 and this morning was still 102.7. Along with the three day high temperature she now is having diarrhea. The Dr. has added a third antibiotic last night. Still no word on the results from her blood cultures taken daily. They are looking for three consecutive negative results to determine that the infection is gone.
Besides battling this high temp and infection, Lyric's numbers are still bottomed out and have not even begun to recover. This was an aggressive chemo this round and is really taking a toll on her blood counts.
