Lyric had a long rough day today visiting the Vanderbilt Cancer Clinic. She gave blood to check counts and this time the medical team was able to get enough to do the Lupus Factor Five testing. She also had her vaccinations she missed during the six months of chemo treatment. Lots of needles makes for an unhappy baby but we received great news when the Dr. stepped in telling us her counts look fine and the results from the Factor Five test appear to be normal. They have concluded that it was brought on as a condition from the Leukemia. Its completely gone and normal now. Thank you for all your prayers. Please continue to pray for Lyric as we never know what the future holds for her. We will be making these clinic visits until she is declared in full remission for the next 4 to 5 years. Also please pray for Murray Larson and family. Murray is Lyric's cousin and close to his age. He has been sick for about six weeks and the Dr.'s are at a loss for what may be wrong. Thank you.
